NON-REFUNDABLE: All training programs are non-refundable.  Buyer understands that once purchase has been processed and receipt is issued, there is no rescission of this agreement and no refund will be made.  The Trainee has until five (5) weeks prior to the training dates to transfer, after which time the Trainee forfeits the training fee or any paid portion thereof regardless of the circumstance. COVID related cancellations are non-refundable; however are transferable within 12 months of the originally scheduled event to attend live, online training or the next course date depending on location and the number of participants enrolled.
